How to Order

Tell us about the design you have in mind by phone, e-mail or fax.

We will discuss with you your requirements and you can send us any drawings if necessary.

If you are not sure what kind of trophy you would like please get in touch and we will provide free advice and a free quotation.

Once we have all your requirements we will then give you your quotation.

Once the order is confirmed it will go onto our job list. We will advise you on estimated time scales at that point.

 

Please understand that because your trophy will be unique to you and your requirements we will ask you to guarantee payment prior to us commencing the work. (For example, we may ask for your credit card details, but not charge the card until we deliver the item to you).

As soon as your order is complete we will let you know and make arrangements for delivery or collection.

Payment Options

You can pay by cash, cheque, bank transfer, credit or debit card.

To make a payment by credit or debit card we recommend doing this by telephone.

The Euro and other currencies

Although our operating currency is pounds sterling we welcome payment in Euro’s and other currencies by credit or debit card. The equivalent in pounds sterling will be calculated and charged to your card.
